Not affiliated with Robinhood

HOODLOTTO is an independent community project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Robinhood Markets, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries. Any similarity in name is coincidental / commentary.

Nature of the token

$HOOD is a memecoin. It has no intrinsic value, no promise of profit, and no underlying business. Purchases are made entirely at your own risk. You may lose 100% of what you spend.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to participate. You are responsible for confirming that participating in a token-holder prize draw is legal in your country, state, or territory. HOODLOTTO is not available where prohibited by law. Residents of jurisdictions that regulate lotteries, sweepstakes, or gambling should not participate.

How draws work

Each draw snapshots on-chain token balances of a maintained list of holder addresses. Wallets holding at or above the configured minimum at snapshot are entered once. A cryptographically-seeded random selection picks the winner. Payouts are made on-chain and every draw is publicly logged.

No guarantee of prizes

Prize pool amounts are targets, not guarantees. If no eligible holders exist at snapshot, or if on-chain conditions prevent payout, a draw may be cancelled with no prize awarded. Prize funding depends on trading activity and community contributions and may fluctuate to zero.

Taxes

Any prize you receive may be taxable income in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes.

No financial advice

Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Do your own research.

Changes

These terms may change at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the current version.

By holding $HOOD or interacting with HOODLOTTO you acknowledge you have read and accepted these terms.
